Absolutley! We will never tie you up into any type of commitment, if you are dissatisfied with our service for whatever reason you can request to cancel your service at any time.
Aside from covering a portion of the cost of hosting and security, the $150 recurring monthly fee gets you unrivaled customer support, ongoing maintenance and website updates.
Also, our business model is unique in that isntead of investing thousands of dollars upfront on a new website that does not include hosting, security, support and updates, we charge a much smaller setup fee and work with you on helping to grow your business.
Most websites will have 5 unique pages. These include the Homepage, About Page, Services Page, Individual Service Pages and Contact Page.
We treat certain pages as single page, for example Individual Service Pages can be as many services as you offer. Since these pages almost always follow a templated format we don't charge extra to set those pages up for you.
When is a page considered unique? Any page or template that requires its own design is considered unique. Also, sometimes you may require additional pages such as a Careers Page or a Testimonials Page.
We're so confident of the quality of our code, hosting and security that in the very highly unlikely event that your website crashes for whatever reason, we will compensate you $150 (a month's fee) for every time your site goes down.
How it works. Let's say your site goes down 3 times during a month, for each one of these down times we will refund you $150 for a total of $450.
It's that simple. We understand the value of your website to your business and that any downtime will mean loss of revenue so we've gone the extra mile and put in extra measures to make sure that never happens.
For most projects we anticipate anywhere between 2-4 weeks.
Of course this depends on your feedback and the availability of your content (copy / images).
But not to worry, your project manager will work directly with you on the best content strategy, help you source images (if you don't have your own) and set deadlines and launch goals.
